One of the great parts of running a popular blog like this is conversing with a lot of different people from all parts of the world! Some of the best conversations I have had is with a group of guys that are huge Seattle Thunderbids fans. I want to thank these guys for some great scoops they have given me. Again these are the dreaded "r" word (rumors) because they have not been confirmed by anyone in the Kings organization but these guys have not let me down in the past and am comfortable reporting this stuff.
Thomas Hickey has been in LA getting some sort of surgery. None of the guys know for sure what the surgery is on but it does not have anything to do with the concussions at seasons end. Three of the guys I talk with all believe it is some sort of foot or ankle injury. This would explain why it took so long for Hickey to get back on the ice after he was cleared from his concussion.
Also, two of my sources (I sound like such a tool! (; ) insist Bud Holloway has signed with the Kings and it should be announced anytime. This will not surprise me... the fact that Moller was signed first does surprise me.

I have YET to confirm anything about Holloway signing anything other than the ATO contract with Manchester. That's not to say that the "rumor" might be true, but I have not heard nor found anything to confirm that.

Concussions? I was under the impression that Hickey suffered 1 concussion.
